Youth Outreach:
Provides
education outreach to students, aged elementary through college. This is
accomplished through partnerships with Junior Achievement and other youth
organizations. Additionally, visits to schools with coaching sessions regarding
ethical business practices, scams, being a responsible consumer, and other
topics are conducted.

Smarts Mentoring/Intern Program:
A 150 hour paid,
professional mentoring internship program for high school juniors and seniors.
Eight students participated in the program in 2011 with an additional 8-10
students anticipated for early 2012. The ten-week program provides academic
support, professional development, and real life workplace experience for
students looking for an exciting opportunity with up to 10 businesses each year
to provide additional professional exposure outside of the BBB environment.
