Senior Outreach:
Provides
education services about BBB ethical business practices to older adults to help
them avoid becoming victims of scams. Outreach to this audience is through
event centered presentations, as well as dedicated weekly radio programs. As
the audiences are so large, a reliable estimate of the number of people reached
is not available.
