From I-25 southbound:
Exit at Speer Boulevard South. Follow Speer through the Platte Valley (elevated roadway) as it makes its way toward downtown. You will pass the Colorado Convention Center (on your left) and the Auraria Campus (on your right). After Speer crosses Colfax Avenue, watch for the second stoplight after Colfax, which will be 11th Avenue. Turn left. After you cross Speer, turn right onto Cherokee Street. From I-25 northbound:
Exit at Sixth Avenue east. Follow Sixth Avenue east on an elevated roadway until you reach ground level. Merge into the left-hand lane so that when you reach the intersection of Sixth Avenue and Santa Fe Drive, you will be ready to turn left. Proceed north on Santa Fe Drive to 11th Avenue. Turn right. Proceed east on 11th Avenue to Cherokee Street turn right. Free parking is available in two-hour increments on the street. The BBB is located on your left—1020 Cherokee Street.
From Broadway southbound:
From Broadway, turn right on 10th Avenue. Proceed west on 10th Avenue to Cherokee Street. At the intersection of 10th and Cherokee, turn right. Free parking is available in two-hour increments on the street. The BBB is located on your right—1020 Cherokee Street.
From Lincoln Street northbound:
From Lincoln, turn left onto Speer Boulevard. Proceed on Speer across Broadway and northwest. At the intersection of Speer and Cherokee, turn right. The road jogs a little.
